Het is de inductie van het islamitische vergif dat sporen nalaat. Wie in Allah overtuigd is, weet dat Allah een satan en moordenaar is. Want hij vermoordt wie hij wil en hij spoort daar ook toe aan. Dat haar zoon ongelovigen doodt is normaal in haar door islamitische haat verwrongen geest. Een moslim doodt vanzelfsprekend geen moslim. Daar staat tegenover dat een ongelovige doden een goede daad is in de ogen van Allah. De doodstraf toepassen op haar geliefde zoon is - begrijp ik - een groot onrecht in haar ogen. Immers, haar zoon is een GOEDE MOSLIM.

Dat niet alle moslims zijn zoals de marathonmoeder heeft te maken met de achterbakse culturele achtergrond van de islam en corrupt laffe huichelachtige parasiterende houding van onder andere Marokkanen tegenover onze superieure kennisbeschaving. Minder Marokkanen is dus sowieso een versterking van onze beschaving. Maar een rechter die daar geen boodschap aan heeft, maar wel gesteld is op links Marxistische ideeën, weet zich vast wel te weren tegen het waarachtige fatsoen en gelijk van Wilders.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was attacked in prison and left blinded and paralyzed, a satirical website claimed in a story that quickly went viral this weekend.

On Saturday, the site Empire News posted a story claiming that the Boston Marathon bombing suspect was found lying in a pool of blood in his cell in Ft. Devens Detention Center in Massachusetts. The story made the rounds on the internet, with thousands of shares on Facebook and other social media and many welcoming the news.

But there is one problem — the incident never happened, and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is still safe in his cell awaiting trial. Though the story fooled many, others noted that Empire News is a site dedicated entirely to satire, like a lesser known version of The Onion.

Those who browsed the site a bit found that out. Empire News has posted other stories including “Former Vice President Al Gore Arrested For Indecent Exposure,” and “It’s Official: New York Jets Moving To Los Angeles, Construction Of Los Angeles Stadium Begins.”

The details of the story itself gave readers reason for doubt.

“It initially appeared as though Tsarnaev slipped on a discarded banana peel and hit the floor with such force that his head bounced off the hard tile surface, probably 16 or 17 times. There was blood everywhere – all over the walls, the floor, even the toilet. The injuries have caused massive brain trauma,” said prison investigator Joe Goldsmith. “We determined though, through expert analysis, that it would be impossible for these injuries to have occurred through a fall. Our investigation has shown that that it was the Aryan Brotherhood who initiated an attack on Tsarnaev.”

The story went on to say that Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was actually attacked in prison by members of the Aryan Nation prison gang.

“Yes, it was the brotherhood who took care of that bomber,” said Miles Smith, head of the Aryan Nation inside Devens. “The other gangs, they wanted him, too. We paid the guards the most money to have a shot. They stood aside, and let us do what we do. On the way out, they shook our hands, told us ‘Thank you.’ Well, You’re welcome. You’re welcome, Boston. You’re welcome, America!”

While Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was not attacked in prison, the Boston Marathon bombing suspect could still be killed for his crimes. He may face the death penalty if convicted.

The Poor Boston Marathon Bomber Is Suffering, and He Wants Justice

All the Boston Marathon jihad murderer Dzhokhar Tsarnaev did was murder three people; why is everyone being so mean to him? Young Tsarnaev is suffering, and he wants you to feel his pain: CBS Boston reported Wednesday that he has filed a hand-written lawsuit claiming that he has been mistreated in prison. This complaint shows that the killer, besides being a confirmed jihadi with the deaths of several infidels on his record, has also mastered what has proved to be in many cases the most lucrative game of all: the game of victimhood.

In his plaintive handwritten lawsuit filing, Tsarnaev claims the Bureau of Prisons and Attorney General Merrick Garland are “interfering with his ability to communicate with his family, placing a hold on his money and hurting his chances of avoiding a death sentence.” He says that he has been forbidden to send photos to his family since 2019, and that this has been well-nigh unbearable: “I am suffering psychological injury, emotional distress and destruction of my familial relationships.”

Tsarnaev acknowledged that his nieces and nephews are allowed to come visit him, but complained that he is not allowed to call or write them, “which he said is cruel and unusual punishment. He is allowed to speak to his parents and sisters by phone twice a month.”

Gee, that’s tough. At this point it is useful to recall those killed in Tsarnaev’s bombings: Lingzi Lu, a 23-year-old graduate student; Krystle Campbell, a 29-year-old restaurant manager; and Martin Richard, who was all of eight years old. What kind of distress are the families of Lingzi Lu, Krystle Campbell, and Martin Richard experiencing?

It gets even worse for the poor lamb. “He said he was issued a face mask due to the COVID-19 pandemic and was reported when the face mask was missing a metal nosepiece. Tsarnaev said the mask was manufactured without the nosepiece and inclusion of the incident as a reason for special administrative measures violated his Fifth Amendment right to due process.”

Some of this may have to do with the fact that Tsarnaev has not exactly been a model prisoner. Every year since 2013, his prison privileges have been restricted in various ways with Special Administrative Measures (SAMs), as a result of his “proclivity to violence.” These are reviewed every year, and every year Tsarnaev has gotten them again.

“As a result of the imposition of the SAMs restrictions,” he complains, “I have experienced continued, extreme, and unjustifiable difficulties communicating and corresponding with family members and attorneys.”

Tsarnaev has reason to be glad that he is even able to make this complaint. The Boston Globe reported last July that “in a 182-page ruling that infuriated some victims [no kidding], the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit ruled that George A. O’Toole Jr., the judge in Tsarnaev’s 2015 trial, ‘did not meet the standard’ of fairness while presiding over jury selection.” The appeals court accordingly overturned Tsarnaev’s death sentence. Aside from cheating Tsarnaev out of his 72 virgins, this denied justice to his victims.

Judge O. Rogeriee Thompson wrote that “a core promise of our criminal justice system is that even the very worst among us deserves to be fairly tried and lawfully punished.” That was undeniably true, as is Thompson’s observation that the bombings were “one of the worst domestic terrorist attacks since the 9/11 atrocities.”

But how unfair was the trial in fact, and how unfair could it have been? There is no question that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is guilty. His actions were captured on video and abundantly documented. What’s more, he remained defiantly unrepentant for a considerable period after the attack. As prosecutors argued in April 2015 that he deserved the death penalty, they released a video of Tsarnaev three months after his attack, looking into the security camera in his cell, primping his hair in the reflection, and then flashing the V sign and then giving his middle finger to his jailers.

And why not? He believed he had done a righteous deed. The motivations of Dzhokhar and his brother and fellow jihad murderer Tamerlan Tsarnaev became clear very quickly after Dzhokhar was apprehended. CNN reported a week after the bombings that “Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, wounded and held in a Boston hospital, has said his brother—who was killed early Friday—wanted to defend Islam from attack.”

And just before he was captured, when he was hiding out inside a pleasure boat, Dzhokhar wrote a long self-justification on the inside of the boat, including the line: “When you attack one Muslim, you attack all Muslims.”

“I ask Allah to have mercy on me, my brother, and my family,” Tsarnaev said in 2015. And now he is asking the American judicial system to have mercy on him as well. But what about mercy for those he murdered and maimed? His victims have no chance to appeal the death penalty that he gave to them. Can they countersue?

Tsarnaev zit vast in de ver afgezonderde 'Supermax-gevangenis' in Colorado, vanwege de extreme beveiliging ook wel het 'Alcatraz van de Rockies' genoemd.

Gevangenen spenderen 23 uur per dag in eenpersoonscellen met faciliteiten gemaakt van gegoten beton om zelfmutilatie te voorkomen, en staan onder 24 uur per dag bewaking, intensief uitgevoerd met een hoge verhouding personeelsleden ten opzichte van gedetineerden. Elke cel heeft een bureau, een kruk en een bed, die bijna volledig zijn gemaakt van gegoten beton, evenals een toilet dat wordt afgesloten als het wordt geblokkeerd, een douche die op een timer loopt om overstromingen te voorkomen en een gootsteen zonder potentieel gevaarlijke kraan. De cellen kunnen ook zijn uitgerust met spiegels van gepolijst staal die met bouten aan de muur zijn bevestigd, een elektrisch licht dat alleen op afstand kan worden uitgeschakeld, een radio en, in zeldzame gevallen, een zwart-wittelevisie waarop recreatieve, educatieve en religieuze programmering te zien is. Bovendien zijn alle cellen volledig geluiddicht zodat gevangenen niet met elkaar kunnen communiceren, ook niet via morse-code. De cellen hebben ramen (10 centimeter breed, 1,2 meter hoog) die zijn ontworpen om te voorkomen dat gedetineerden hun specifieke locatie in het complex kennen, omdat ze alleen de lucht en het dak erdoorheen zien, waardoor het vrijwel onmogelijk is om een ontsnapping te plannen. De maaltijden die de gedetineerden krijgen opgediend, zijn zodanig samengesteld dat ze zichzelf er niet mee kunnen verwonden of onhygiënische situaties kunnen veroorzaken in hun cel.

Gedetineerden spenderen een uur per dag buiten hun eigen cel en worden daarbij, geboeid en geketend, geëscorteerd door minimaal drie officieren voor hun vijf uur privérecreatie per week. Gedetineerden kunnen dan oefeningen uitvoeren in een betonnen put die lijkt op een leeg zwembad, ontworpen om te voorkomen dat ze hun locatie in de faciliteit kennen. De put is alleen groot genoeg voor een gevangene om 10 stappen in een rechte lijn te lopen, of 31 stappen in een cirkel.
