Man steekt passagiers Zwitserse trein neer

Een man heeft zaterdagmiddag in een trein in Zwitserland met een mes passagiers aangevallen. De politie liet weten dat er zeven gewonden zijn gevallen, onder wie de dader en een 6-jarig kind.

Verder zouden er twee mannen van 17 en 50 jaar oud en drie vrouwen van 17, 34 en 43 jaar oud onder de gewonden zijn. Zij zijn met brand- en steekwonden naar het ziekenhuis gebracht. Ook de dader is naar het ziekenhuis vervoerd.

De Zwitserse krant Blick meldde dat het incident zich rond 14.20 uur voordeed in het kanton St. Gallen. De dader is een 27-jarige Zwitser. De politie meldde dat de man met een mes om zich heen stak, maar ook een brandbare vloeistof over een vrouw had gegoten.

De hulpdiensten zijn massaal uitgerukt met meerdere traumahelikopters, ambulances en brandweerwagens.

In een trein in Zwitserland stak een man een vrouw in brand. Ook stak hij om zich heen. Zeven gewonden, sommigen in levensgevaar. Hij zou een ‘Zwitser’ zijn, en of het iets met terrorisme heeft te maken? Het zou kunnen, het zou ook niet kunnen, meldt de pers. Beetje bij beetje krijgen we meer te horen. Eerst zou hij met ‘vloeistof’ gesprenkeld hebben, nu weten we dat het gaat om ‘brandspiritus.’ Ook horen we dat zijn mes scherp was. We horen zijn leeftijd. We horen dat de schade aan de trein honderdduizend euro was. Dat er helikopters in de lucht waren. En dat het ‘misschien’ om eerwraak ging.

Zwitsers parlement stemt voor boerkaverbod

Zwitserland gaat wellicht het dragen van boerka en nikab verbieden. Het parlement heeft er vandaag mee ingestemd. Het voorstel wordt nu voorgelegd aan de 26 kantons, de deelstaten die allemaal moeten beslissen over het plan van de nationalistische Zwitserse Volkspartij (SVP).

Het voorstel kreeg een minieme meerderheid van 88 stemmen voor en 87 stemmen tegen in het parlement. Tien aanwezige parlementsleden brachten geen stem uit. Als de Zwitsers een referendum houden over een boerkaverbod, zou volgens peilingen ongeveer 60 procent van de kiezers voor het verbod stemmen.

Forse boete
Sommige kantons hebben al een boerkaverbod. Zo riskeert de draagster van een boerka of nikab in Ticino, in het zuiden van Zwitserland, een boete van omgerekend 9000 euro. In Duitsland en België is het al verboden om gezichtsbedekkende kleren te dragen.

Bedreiging van de broodwinning ligt heel gevoelig bij Turken.
Zeg iets over de kebab en ze hangen in de gordijnen. De kebabtenen zijn lang.

De huidige stennis in Zwitserland begon met de activist en vrijheidsstrijder Daniel Graf die boos is om de democratisch aangenomen anti-boerka wet. Hij wil meer boerka's of zo iets want dan raken de vrouwen bevrijd. Of dergelijk geraaskal.
Dus ging hij ludiek aan de slag en dat snappen Turken niet.

Ze kunnen altijd later de reli-kolder krijgen en er op een manier bij gaan lopen waarvan hun verteld is dat Allah daar blij van wordt.
En als werkgever heb je het maar te pikken, die demonstratieve geloofsuitingen op de werkvloer.

Muslim woman wins headscarf court battle
A regional court in Bern ruled last month that a 29-year-old Serbian woman was fired without just cause from a dry cleaning business, and ordered the company to dish out back-pay and damages to her, the Le Matin Dimanche weekly reported.

The woman, identified only as Abida, was fired in January 2015 from a job she had held for six years, after she began wearing the Muslim headscarf, it reported.
The Bern court ruled that the company had violated her constitutional right to freedom of expression, according to the paper.

It said wearing a headscarf can only be grounds for termination in cases where it makes it impossible to carry out duties described in the employment contract or if it "substantially affects" the working environment.

Gewonden bij schietpartij in Zürich

ZÜRICH - Bij een schietpartij in de buurt van een islamitisch centrum in de Zwitserse stad Zürich zijn maandagavond drie mensen gewond geraakt. De dader is gevlucht, zei de politie.

Of er een verband is tussen de schietpartij en het centrum is onduidelijk. De gewonden zijn naar een ziekenhuis gebracht. De politie heeft de omgeving afgezet.

Schutter moskee Zürich dood teruggevonden

ZÜRICH - De Zwitserse politie heeft het lichaam gevonden van de man die maandag drie mensen neerschoot in een moskee. De stoffelijke resten van de schutter zijn teruggevonden in de omgeving.

De man zou maandagavond het gebedscentrum hebben bestormd. Hij opende binnen het vuur op bezoekers. Drie personen raakten daarbij ernstig gewond. De dader sloeg daarna op de vlucht. Zijn lichaam werd later teruggevonden, bevestigde de politie dinsdag.

De politie heeft de man geïdentificeerd, maar heeft die informatie nog niet vrijgegeven. Wat hem bezielde is ook nog onbekend.

Dit was in maart 2012 over een Zwitsers echtpaar in Basel met een Turkse achtergrond. In 2010 werd het echtpaar veroordeeld tot een boete van 1.300 euro omdat ze hun 'ouderlijke plicht' verzaakten.:

En in het voorbijgaan speelt het Hof ook eventjes voor mufti:

Opvallend was dat het hof zijn uitspraak voornamelijk motiveerde met de vaststelling dat er in de islam 'geen bindende regels' zijn die bepalen wat gepaste kleding is. Die constatering van het Hof zal ongetwijfeld een rol gaan spelen in de discussie in Duitsland over een verbod op het dragen van boerka's.

Er ontstond een theologisch geschil in de An’Nur moskeee in Winterthur .
De haatpraat van de imam beviel een paar leden niet. Die vertelden aan een journalist wat voor vreselijke dingen er beweerd werden. Eigenlijk gewone fundi theologie, maar dat was ze al teveel. Zaken zoals:

Winterthur mosque presses charges against duo who reported imam for inciting murder
The association that runs the An’Nour mosque in Winterthur has lodged a complaint with police against two members of the congregation thought to have reported their imam for inciting murder – a day after ten people were arrested for allegedly beating up the duo in revenge.

The An’Nur mosque in Winterthur, which has been at the centre of a number of police operations over its alleged support for radical Islam, is set to close at the end of June.

Speaking to tabloid Blick, Atef Sahnoun, a member of the An’Nur association, said it would move out of the building after the month of Ramadan and the association would be dissolved.

The closure of the mosque has been on the cards for some time, since the landlord of the building last year refused to extend the association’s rental contract, which is due to expire.
Sahnoun told Blick they had been unable to find new premises.
The mosque has also had financial problems and is leaderless, with no one willing to take on the presidency, said the paper.

But public pressure may also have contributed to the closure of the mosque since it became the subject of allegations of radicalization and hate speech.

In 2015 preachers at the An’Nur were accused by a Swiss journalist of meeting with young people in a bid to radicalize them, allegations denied by the imam.
In June 2016 police arrested a man with close ties to the mosque who was thought to be a key figure behind the radicalization of young Muslims in the area.
And in November of that year police raided the mosque and made several arrests after a tip off about an imam who gave a sermon in which he called for Muslims who do not partake in communal prayer to be murdered.
In February this year police arrested ten people suspected of attacking the two members of the mosque who allegedly tipped off a journalist about the controversial sermon.

Winterthur is considered a hotspot for Islamic radicalization in Switzerland with at least five young men having left the city to travel to Iraq and Syria to fight for Islamic State.

A Swiss terror expert has warned that the jihadist threat is evolving, with more ‘homegrown’ terrorists and a total of around 1000 people in Switzerland thought to be linked in some way to terrorist organizations.

"The novelty is that we're no longer seeing imported jihadism. A hotbed of Swiss jihadists is being created [...] made up of people who grew up in Switzerland," said Rouiller, who created the Swiss Federal Police’s first counter-terrorism unit in 2010.
His comments came as prosecutors confirmed four people had been arrested in June for suspected links to jihadist organizations.
Rouiller said that while some of those who have been arrested for terror links would "see the light", others could pose a risk once released from jail. If that happened, he explained, Switzerland would see a "different dynamic" in terms of the terror threat.
Several terror suspects linked to attacks in France and Germany are thought to have been radicalized while in jail.

In total, 88 people are known to have left Switzerland to join terror groups abroad, though Rouiller believes this figure is closer to 100.
What’s more, each of those people benefit from financial and other kinds of support in order to make such journeys possible, meaning that the total number of people who are linked to terrorism in Switzerland in some way could be around 1000.

According to a two-year research project carried out by Tagesanzeiger.ch/Newsnet, there are five areas where the majority of these people were radicalized: Winterthur, Arbon, Lausanne, Biel and Geneva. Researchers identified 72 people believed to have travelled from Switzerland to conflict areas and looked into their activities and networks beforehand.

According to the report, the primary means of radicalization is through "charismatic leaders" such as imams and preachers rather than online communication, for example.

A man is on the run after attacking people with a chainsaw in the town of Schaffhausen, Switzerland.
Early reports indicate that five people have been injured, two seriously, with witnesses claiming to have seen an elderly man with serious head wounds being rushed from the scene in an ambulance.

Locals and shoppers are now barricaded inside shops as police swarm the streets searching of the attacker.

Man valt mensen aan met kettingzaag Zwitserland

De Zwitserse politie jaagt op een man die met een kettingzaag mensen heeft aangevallen. Volgens de politie raakten er zeker vijf mensen gewond in de stad Schaffhausen.

Twee mensen zouden er slecht aan toe zijn.

De politie heeft wegen geblokkeerd in buitenwijken van de noordelijk gelegen stad, meldt de politie. Een Twitteraar plaatst een foto van agenten op straat.

Boven het gebied waar naar de verdachte wordt gezocht, hangt een reddingshelikopter, op zoek naar mogelijke slachtoffers. Ook andere hulpdiensten zijn massaal aanwezig, net als de politie.
