PC is destroying the judicial system all over Europe

Bericht door Maria »

I refer to the attempted murder of two police officers by a young Moslems and the rioting thereafter in Amsterdam. In the Swiss newspaper “Neue Zürcher Zeitung” I have read, that the police is arresting the rioters, but the judges release them after only minor penalties.

More or less the same is happing all over Europe. Thanks to PC our judicial system is now a chaos. Instead of combating criminals and radical Moslems, they are combating ordinary citizens as “racists”: In France a hostess was sentenced to jail and a heavy fine for demanding a Muslim women to remove her hijab. (The French state is demanding quite the same in its institutions.) In England a priest was questioned by the police because he dared to discuss the veil in his parish letter after a Muslim girl went to court to fight for her “human right” to wear a full veil in school. Her advocate was the wife of Tony Blair! These are now the priorities, whereas in the neighbourhood of his parish church severe crimes were not cleared up and the police is turning a blind eye to radical Moslems: A medical doctor, preaching jihad in the mosque of his hospital, was pardoned: he not even got a disciplinary procedure.

I am observing the discussion about the protection of Ayaan Hirsi Ali. The Dutch Government is heavily criticized by the media. I have already sent a letter of protest to the Dutch Embassy in Vienna. Thanks God, Denmark made an offer to grant her asylum or to pay her bodyguards in the USA.

In Austria the media is now getting less political correct. After the arrest of 4 persons because of Email-contacts to al-Qaeda, some more persons were arrested because of an attempted terrorist attack on the US Embassy. In religious instructions, financed by the state, children are taught, that jihadists and terrorists are fighting for Allah, that boys and girls must be separated etc. The official representatives of the Muslim community are now asked some critical questions about their loyalty and trustworthiness.

Hello Maria.
Good to see you. I am sure more members will welcome you .
For the ones who do not know who Maria is...
We have met Maria at the demo in Brussels, and we became friends.
Maria is from Austria, and I invited her to post .

You are right about the PC mentality in Europe. It seems soon we can not speak our minds because our governments are protecting Muslims.
It seems Muslims are protected species, and we are the bad boys and girls, who are hunting and torturing those poor people.
The heart of the wise inclines to the right,
but the heart of the fool to the left.

I have the distinct impression that we never had a good, working, judicial system. It simply mattered less because there were lots of people dispensing justice.

Fortunately, thanks to Christianity, this means above all helping the victims of crime. If you had a burglary in your shop 30 years ago, you could count on the entire neighbourhood repariing it, and a collecte or 2 or 3 at the local church to get you through the month.

These days solidarity is gone. Replaced by bureaucracy. Replaced, yes, by socialism. And, obviously, it's not working.

But the judicial system always was lax and prejudiced. Police officers used to have a lot of freedom, even in the use of violence. Yet these days, tons of people tell them what to do, and sue if they don't.

The problem is "rebellion against any rules". The total hypocrisy of both youth and older people, for holding the police to the last letter of a law they have no intention of respecting themselves ... and this is creating problems, not merely the presence of an ill-conceived justice system. I would like to note that atheism, as practiced by 99,9% of atheists is basically rebellion against dogma, and that generally includes the law (e.g. copyright law).

Fortunately, people are much more capable of protecting themselves these days. Getting into a house has become much more difficult.

This is what PC has been doing for quite some time: redirecting our language into a new array of meanings. This what Nietzsche called 'the Umwertung aller Werte'. Since words are not inseparbly fixed to meaning(s), as often is mistakenly presumed, but are only linked in the human mind, the ways in which this link is connected can be changed.

PC (and any ideology) does this by rearranging the connotations that make up the environment in which the word is used. The example that Maria shows us today is simple and effective. 'Racist' is now used to describe the link between citizens and their homeland. Patriotism wil be replaced step by step to a remote corner where only rituals may tread and then only on official occasions, authorized and controlled by the PC clan.
In time it will be preplaced by a senseless and meaningless 'world citizenship.
The consequences of this proces should not be underestimated. The use of words and meanings limits the entry to any discussion and therefor to thought itself.

It is not only the judicial system; also the police have their instructions.

Die Ermittlungen in dem Fall stehen noch am Anfang, so Polizeisprecher Gottfried Schlicht. I will write in English so that also Maria understands it.

This is what is happening in England.
Dhimmocracy.
The English people should do something about it, otherwise England is lost.

This is what Labour's favourite think-tank says

From the Evening Standard.
http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/news/arti ... article.do

Christmas should be downgraded in favour of festivals from other religions to improve race relations, says an explosive report.

Labour's favourite think-tank says that because it would be hard to 'expunge' Christmas from the national calendar, 'even-handedness' means public organisations must start giving other religions equal footing.

The leaked findings of its investigation into identity, citizenship and community cohesion also propose:

• 'Birth ceremonies', at which state and parents agree to 'work in partnership' to bring up children

• Action to 'ensure access' for ethnic minorities to 'largely white' countryside

• An overhaul of Britain's 'imperial' honours system

• Bishops being thrown out of the House of Lords

• An end to 'sectarian' religious education

• Flying flags other than the Union Jack.

The report by the Institute for Public Policy Research was commissioned when Nick Pearce, now head of public policy at Downing Street, was its director.

IPPR has shaped many Labour policies, including ID cards, bin taxes and road pricing.

The report robustly defends multiculturalism - the idea that different communities should not be forced to integrate but should be allowed to maintain their own culture and identities.

And it says immigrants should be required to acquire some proficiency in English and other aspects of British culture 'if - but only if - the settled population is willing to open up national institutions and practices to newcomers and give a more inclusive cast to national narratives and symbols'.

It adds: 'Even-handedness dictates that we provide public recognition to minority cultures and traditions.

'If we are going to continue as a nation to mark Christmas - and it would be very hard to expunge it from our national life even if we wanted to - then public organisations should mark other religious festivals too.

'We can no longer define ourselves as a Christian nation, nor an especially religious one in any sense.

'The empire is gone, church attendance is at historically low levels, and the Second World War is inexorably slipping from memory.'

Nativity scene: Christian celebrations in schools could become a thing of the past

The report, written by IPPR advisers Ben Rogers and Rick Muir, calls on Ministers to launch an 'urgent and upfront campaign' promoting a 'multicultural understanding of Britishness'.

'Multiculturalism can be shown to provide for a fairer and more liberal society and does not necessarily lead to social division and community conflict, as its critics have claimed,' it says.

Councils must act to 'ensure children mix and are able to form friendships with pupils from different backgrounds'.

The report adds: 'Any liberal state should recast the civic oaths and national ceremonies, or institutions like Parliament and the monarchy, in a more multi-religious or secular form and make religious education less sectarian.'

The presence of bishops in the House of Lords, for instance, is condemned as an 'anachronism' that should be removed.

The system in which parents are required to register a new baby at a register office is dismissed as 'purely bureaucratic'.

The occasion should be transformed into a 'public rite', using citizenship ceremonies for immigrants as a model, the report says.

'Parents, their friends and family and the state [would] agree to work in partnership to support and bring up their child.'

Rural Britain, the report complains, 'remains a largely white place'.

Much more needs to be done to 'ensure access' to the countryside for black and ethnic minority groups, disabled people and children from inner-city areas.

Sayeeda Warsi, the Conservative spokesman on community cohesion, said: 'Their comments betray a breathtaking misunderstanding of what it is to be British. These proposals could actually damage cohesion.'

She added: 'You don't build community cohesion by throwing out our history and denying the fundamental contribution Christianity has played and does play to our nation.

'As a British Muslim I can see that - so why others can't just staggers me.'

And she attacked ceremonies to mark the registration of a baby.

'The thought of Gordon Brown sharing responsibility with me for bringing up my children sends a shiver down my spine. I thought we got rid of communism?'
